Shipping policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Every day, we aim to deliver to our customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. At our discretion, we offer FREE shipping during certain periods.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. The processing of your orders should begin within one business day after the order is placed. Processing typically takes an approximately 2–4 days but may take a bit longer based on any relevant circumstances.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our location to the destination. In the event we begin to ship Internationally, delivery should take about 15–30 business days. US orders are usually shipped by UPS or FedEx. After processing and leaving our locationd, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
