RETURN POLICY

Nicole Amato has such faith in its products that you can feel free to order and inspect, and if you are unhappy you may send it back to us within 14 days. Please inspect the product carefully as we cannot accept the return of or give a refund on goods that have been used. The Company reserves the right to make a handling charge for goods returned.

Before returning goods for any reason, please contact us by email with your reasons for the return. Once approved, we will then issue you a Return Authorization Number which you should mark clearly on the outside of the box as well as on a note inside the box with your full name, address and email for us to contact you and send back any repaired or exchanged merchandise.  The returned goods should be carefully packed in their original packaging, to minimize risk of damage in transit.

Refunds are for the purchase price only, less any relevant handling charge. Return shipping and insurance costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
