REPAIR AND RECONDITIONING POLICY
Amatostyle seeks to create good quality pieces and as we are confident you will find them to be. We stand behind our products. Moreover, we want to encourage you to keep and enjoy your pieces as part of your personal collection for many years to come.
REPAIR POLICY:
We stand behind our products and for that reason, we will service and reasonable necessary repairs, free of charge, for the first year after purchase. If you wish to have your product serviced you must contact us on our contact page with the details of your repair needs. Once approved, we will then issue you a Repair Authorization Number which you should mark clearly on the outside of the box along with your full name, address and email for us to contact you and to send your repaired items safely back to you. The returned goods should be carefully packed to minimized risk of further damage in the mail.
RECONDITIONING PROGRAM POLICY
Amatostyle wants you to be able to keep your pieces and enjoy them as part of your permanent collections for many years to come. As such, we offer a "reconditioning program" whereby we will service your pieces if you should need them repaired or refreshed enabling them to be used for as long as you desire. If you wish to have your product serviced you must contact us on our contact page with the details of your repair needs. Please include picture of the pieces which you wish to refresh. Based on your email and pictures, we will quote you a price for the services necessary and an invoice. Once approved, we will then issue you a Repair Authorization Number which you should mark clearly on the outside of the box along with your full name, address and email for us to contact you and to send your repaired items safely back to you. The returned goods should be carefully packed to minimized risk of further damage in the mail.
